Sacred Rhythms is a reference to the rhythms we hold withinourselves: breath, heart, soul, motion…It is a way to become more conscious of God within you and me and fully embodythat presence in our world. We will co-create a sacred space to connect morefully to ourselves and each other. All ages andmobility levels are welcome. Every body is a temple. Dress in clothes you canmove or be perfectly still in. Led by churchmember Irene Martinez, OTR/L.
